Gozde works on media relations for The BMJ – one of the world’s most prestigious medical journals. She promotes some of the biggest and most controversial medical and health stories in the UK and across the world. Previously, she worked on communications for Frontiers, an open access publisher, based in Switzerland. She is a trained journalist and reported on science and medicine for the Guardian, Nature, SciDev.Net, Bulletin of the World Health Organization and others. She has a master’s degree in journalism from City University, London, and an undergraduate degree in the History, Philosophy and Social Studies of Science from University College London.
